I'll note that when we have that, we'll also be able to validate that sstables
build through {{CQLSSTableWriter}} are based on the right schema (or at least a
compatible one), which will avoid problems like CASSANDRA-10583 (which is a
user error, but one that we don't detect and report properly, and that's not
very user friendly).
