* Updated patch to {{setRemoveOnCancelPolicy(true)}} on {{keepAliveExecutor}}.
* Changed property to {{streaming_keep_alive_period_in_secs}} instead of
milliseconds, since it doesn't make much sense to have subsecond keep-alive
periods.
* Added {{NEWS.txt}} entries informing about the deprecation of
{{streaming_socket_timeout_in_ms}} in favor of
{{streaming_keep_alive_period_in_secs}}.
* Rebased patch and resubmitted tests
