Patch attached. Inadvertently swapped in singleton CommitLog.instance in
CommitLogStressTest which broke it. The patch also reverts a couple of trivial
unnecessary changes from the CDC patch (processingTask volatile vs. just
waiting the 100ms on awaitManagementTaskCompletion, naming change in DBD).
Carl's out for a few so putting you ([~blambov]) on review.
