Thanks Adam, indeed I can see the CDC parameters added to the describe commands
when the driver version 3.5.0 is used on 3.9/trunk. I've already modified the
tests accordingly for CASSANDRA-11850. We can resolve this ticket once
CASSANDRA-11850 is committed.
