So, I would argue we aren't actually introducing "known pending another
change", right? That seems to be the state that every failing test is in, where
the cause of the failure is a C* limitation? As long as we do this in a way
that doesn't accidentally lead to reverting the new coverage and forgetting to
restore it, I don't feel too strongly.
