Nate McCall updated CASSANDRA-12230:
------------------------------------
    Description:
We have CASSANDRA-8986 in which CASSANDRA-9091 is referenced and (prematurely,
IMO) closed as a duplicate. The attached patch adds basic map support so
"remove map from your schema is not what we tell users when they try to stress
test their data models.

This is a simple patch to accept the parameter. It has to use the same type for
the key and value.
