It seems this test [has been

since it was committed for CASSANDRA-11626 on 2.2+ so skipping for version <
2.2 should be sufficient. Created
[PR|https://github.com/riptano/cassandra-dtest/pull/1132] removing
{{@known_failure}} annotation and adding {{@since('2.2')}} annotation.
