Attached updated patch should be a pretty much complete implementation ready
for review.
Two things to note:
- the patch is based on a slightly out of date version of trunk as current
trunk doesn't seem to be building (even without any changes). The difference is
the changed files are very minor.
- I couldn't find the distribution printed at the start of the stress run that
[~tjake] referred to. Happy to add it in if you can give me a bit more of a
pointer.
