I'm seeing way too little buy-in for a source reorg like this, and I'm
personally unwilling to risk pushing all of this into 0.7 and trunk, only to
have to back it out after the pitchforks and torches come out. Thus, I propose
the attached patchset (3 patches), which create separate jars for thrift and
the CQL driver without and source folder reorganization.
