bq. The branch you have in the previous comment still have all of the change
from dropping/rebuilding of the indexes.
It might be good if we have [CASSANDRA-12374] [CASSANDRA-12223] and
[CASSANDRA-12378] reviewed before we merge that one, since some changes here
are relying on those tickets (some dtests and upgrade tests will break).
