Thanks! The existing wiki page was good instant gratification, and I did find
the new doc source last night, so we'll have an update today for the new
canonical deb install doc. Once that's in place, that is a good idea to
deprecate the wiki page - I'd be willing to bet there's a lot of wiki pages
that can be re-rolled into svn `site/src/doc/`.
