I did a build of the branch, it correctly generates output based on the
nodetool's help output from the shell, along with dedicated pages for each
command with all the options.
We may want to consider an issue for later to generate the help based on
something other than parsing the output from nodetool, but for a first version
I think this is the right step. +1 from me.
