Fist of all we had 3-node DSE cluster. The upgrade procedure was:
1. Disable OpsCenter repair service and Spark job-server and workers
2. On the node being upgraded
a. Drain the node using nodetool
b. Stop DSE
c. Upgrade to 3.0
d. Start DSE
e. upgrade SSTables using nodetool
3. Repeat for all nodes in the cluster
Note that upgradesstables stack a few times and we had to re-run it. More than
one table was affected and many rows in those tables.
