The 3.X branch was left out. The merge order should have been 3.0 -> 3.X ->
trunk.
Fixed with merge commit e930ffa8a06a62a839ba817e5fe5b70ff36dc2f7 by applying
the trunk patch into 3.X, which had no conflicts.
