Currently it's only possible to inspect the ratio of droppable tombstones on
sstable basis using the {{sstablemetadata}} tool. It would be very useful to
have this information provided as part of Cassandra metrics as well, e.g. to
get an idea on the effectiveness of tombstone eviction during compactions over
time.
