Sorry Jay, not anytime soon. I no longer work actively on the project and am
rather busy; you should look for one of the full-time contributors to lend a
hand getting this merged.
I took a quick peek, and I'll note (without commenting on the quality of the
code itself) for any potential reviewers out there that the patch looks to be
in a good shape generally, so I shouldn't expect it to be an onerous review.
I did notice that in LeafBtree... line 108-109 are probably redundant, assuming
line 106 does its job
