All streams /could/ be affected. Basically what happens is that a chunk of the
data stream (TCP) is ignored. If there's no data waiting in the buffers, the
chunk that's ignored happens to align with the request frame, and we simply
cause an error on the wrong stream_id, but it won't immediately affect the next
request. If there's data waiting, we continue raising DecoderExceptions until
there's enough memory. But once we have enough memory again, we may not have
the read buffer aligned to the start of a frame, which will impact every future
decoding attempt. In my case that showed as errors related to Snappy, but it
could also cause data corruption if you're very unlucky.
iow, as soon as you get one of these, all bets are off, because we don't know
when the next request frame starts.
