Was able to reproduce it several times and get some more information, although
so far not much clear. It happens on memtable writes, noncompact tables (trying
to reproduce for other settings as well). Although weirdly enough the
tombstones are where they have to be:

What's weird here though is that row itself isn't even here. Although it seems
to be to re-using byte buffers again...

So far I could not reproduce the issue. It also seems that over the last 60+
runs it didn't fail once.
