[~amitkumar_ghatwal] "Votes" are a jira thing, and have nothing to with
prioritizing tickets. The ticket will be commited once reviewed (currently up
for either [~snazy] or [~mkjellman]), +1'd, and then committed to the main
repo. We (I) also update the ticket after that is completed to indicate for
posterity which versions were updated.
