I wonder what is the usage of "Perform preview on repaired
data"/{{PreviewKind.REPAIRED}}.
I kind of want to separate context of "preview streaming" and "preview repair".
So I'd like to keep {{PreviewKind}} in repair package, and have boolean
{{isPreview}} in streaming. It seems to me that the reason we have
{{PreviewKind}} in streaming right now is to add above functionality.
