Uploading a new patch rebased to current trunk.
Moved to specifying a specname in the yaml and using that to identify ops.
Realised this has the advantage of allowing you to have multiple yamls for a
single table which could be useful in some circumstances. Disadvantage is it
would make it more difficult to validate results (if someone tries to implement
this in the future).
Also put in a decent error message if an op references a missing spec.
