The CI platform for Cassandra is hosted at builds.apache.org:
https://builds.apache.org/view/A-D/view/Cassandra/
The linked CI at datastax is not available (anymore) to non-datastax
developers.
Donating resources to the builds.apache.org pool should be possible, if that's
what you're suggesting. [~mshuler] may be able to share some more details on
that.
