I have also updated [the

to be sure that it is still possible to query the index when it is not marked
as built.
[~pauloricardomg], what do you think? Are we missing something? The idea about
adding a status to the index info table looked nice for future changes. At
least we could have renamed the column containing the keyspace name as
{{keyspace_name}} instead of {{table_name}}.
