Summary: SASI Index not working with Secondary Index

I have a table with 1 SASI Index and 1 secondary index. If using both the
indices in the same query, the query doesn't return any data.
However, when changing the secondary index into SASI Index and using both the
indices in the same query, expected data is returned by the query.
Not sure if this is the expected behaviour or a bug.
