[~eperott] and [~Jan Karlsson] I was planning on coming back to this after
CASSANDRA-8457, and now that it's out of the way we can pick it up. At a
minimum we'll need to rebase the patch (should be trivial), and we should
probably add some dtests. New dtests should probably go in
{{native_transport_ssl_test.py}}, and there's examples in
{{sslnodetonode_test.py}} for doing TLS-type stuff like endpoint verification.
