I don't see this issue.
Below is what I tried:

CREATE KEYSPACE demodb WITH REPLICATION = { 'class' : 
'NetworkTopologyStrategy', 'datacenter1' : 3 };
USE demodb;
CREATE TABLE test (id text, "AGE" text, primary key(id));
DESCRIBE TABLE test;

CREATE TABLE demodb.test (
    id text PRIMARY KEY,
    "AGE" text
) WITH bloom_filter_fp_chance = 0.01
    AND caching = {'keys': 'ALL', 'rows_per_partition': 'NONE'}
    AND comment = ''
    AND compaction = {'class': 
'org.apache.cassandra.db.compaction.SizeTieredCompactionStrategy', 
'max_threshold': '32', 'min_threshold': '4'}
    AND compression = {'chunk_length_in_kb': '64', 'class': 
'org.apache.cassandra.io.compress.LZ4Compressor'}
