Summary: Remove "OpenJDK is not recommended" Startup Warning

We should remove the following warning on C* startup that OpenJDK is not
recommended. Now that with JDK8 OpenJDK is the reference JVM implementation and
things are much more stable -- and that all of our tests run on OpenJDK builds
due to the Oracle JDK license, this warning isn't helpful and is actually wrong
and we should remove it to prevent any user confusion.
WARN [main] 2017-11-28 19:39:08,446 StartupChecks.java:202 - OpenJDK is not
recommended. Please upgrade to the newest Oracle Java release
