I think it makes more sense to have getting started as a beginners guide and
then full documentation on other properties under separate headings, like it is
currently organised. New users don't need to dive straight into the depths of
every single configuration property, majority of which won't make sense to
them. They can find those docs later once they are comfortable with Cassandra.
