[~kenbrotman]: I appreciate your willingness to help with the project
documentation, but pasting external content verbatim is both not very helpful
(link to it, sure, but people know how to follow hyperlink; pasting it in a
JIRA comment doesn't make it particularly easier to commit) and pretty dodgy
(this is not content you authored, so this is kind of stealing).
