OK. I have found the issue for normal builds taking longer.
(http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MANTTASKS-218) I have a fix, but will have to
call a vote before I can release Maven ANT Tasks 2.1.3 with the fix. That will
be sometime next week. If you are willing to apply the patch ahead of the fix,
and we can just bump the Maven ANT Tasks version to 2.1.3 when I get Maven ANT
Tasks out the door... or else we make an exception for the April 11th cut-off
