We're seeing regular, frequent {{OutOfMemoryError}} exceptions. Similar to
CASSANDRA-13754, an analysis of the heap dumps shows the heap consumed by the
{{threadLocals}} member of the instances of
{{io.netty.util.concurrent.FastThreadLocalThread}}.
