I think we want to keep schema versions the way it 
[was|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/trunk/src/java/org/apache/cassandra/tools/nodetool/DescribeCluster.java#L52].

I think he meant major, minor, and patch version of Cassandra each server is 
running. See
