Resolution: Invalid
I'm pretty sure you've upgraded from an older version and haven't yet removed
the legacy (pre-2.2) auth tables. See the upgrade instructions in
[NEWS.txt|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/cassandra-3.11.0/NEWS.txt#L522-L541]
Feel free to re-open this issue if you still have problems after dropping the
old tables.
