again we need to fix the eclipse-warnings, and to make sure we don't start
failing again we should run them in circleci

[~aweisberg]: could you have a look at the fixes in {{MessageIn}} and
{{MessageInHandler}} from CASSANDRA-7544? and [~bdeggleston] could you look at
the rest? Looks like they are just left-out {{@SuppressWarnings("resource")}}
from CASSANDRA-14115 and CASSANDRA-14118
