There's no parameter that will get rid of the log.
It's a [log message on two different branches of a
conditional|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/cassandra-3.0/src/java/org/apache/cassandra/gms/FailureDetector.java#L449-L457]
- no matter what you do, you'll get one of them. Nothing's wrong, it's just
giving information.
