* What consistency level (CL) do you use for read/write? And what CL do you
use for create statement?
* How many nodes does your cluster comprise of?
* What version of C* are you using?
* I assume this is CQL, and not thrift (based on the components you selected)
- is this correct?
If you can share the stack trace from the log, that would be great
