Had CircleCI run all three jobs multiple times. Examples

[here|https://circleci.com/gh/iamaleksey/cassandra/462], and more where it came
from.
It's a tiny patch, it makes a best-effort attempt at waiting for schema to
converge. If it fails, it just logs. Hard-throwing caused some other MV-related
tests to time out occasionally, sadly.
If you can review it (it's really small, I promise) or maybe even commit, with
whatever changes you feel necessary, tomorrow - I'll super appreciate it (I'll
be away, but trunk dtests never rest and will keep falling until this gets in).
