ftr, CASSANDRA-5725 introduced special casing the {{UnknownTableException}} (at
that time it was still {{UnknownColumnFamilyException}}). Before that ticket,
the exception was being thrown and just caught in a generic catch clause (still
closing the connection). CASSANDRA-5725 just special cased the exception for
logging purposes.
