oh right, sorry for the confusion.
one downside of supporting {{pytest.ini}} as currently is, is that if you make
any custom changes it will show up in the git diff.. I wonder if we should turn
that into a template file instead.
btw, just ninja-ed adding {{.pytest_cache}} on .gitignore to prevent it from
being added by mistake to the repo.
