Fix For: 4.0.x
FQL doesn't currently use the actual timestamp - in microseconds - if it's been
server generated, used for request execution. It needs to, to allow for - in
conjunction with CASSANDRA-14664 and CASSANDRA-14671 - deterministic playback
tests.
