Some feedback that comes to my mind while skimming through your document
* Lacks configuration and nodetool examples for implementing any of the
described strategies.
* Recovery considerations are mentioned, but no steps provided for restoring
backups.
* I'm having a hard time to convince myself that we should suggest users to
think about the described "datacenter backup" strategy, as it fails to
adequately address the goals for a backup solution, as outlined in the intro
section.
