[~dataindataout] - if you're able to squash this into a single commit, that
sure would be convenient. I'm intending to review it using a pseudo-PR ( like
[this|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/compare/trunk...dataindataout:docs_sstable_manually.patch]
), but for some reason it's not merging cleanly. I'm sure it's something
minor, but I'd like to keep your authorship AND not have to fight the patch to
merge. Again, I can do it, but if it's easy for you, please squash it.
