CPU usage is much better after jctools' MpscLinkedQueue switch from
ConcurrentLinkedQueue. Attached flame graphs

results from sha(8749df78b29b05d0d3643f1b0c6c2112b79aaca8) of
jasobrown/14503-collab branch. Interestingly though even with the higher CPU
load, the 4.0 cluster has lower latencies for the LOCAL_ONE requests compared
to 3.0.x cluster.
Next focus area is on reducing CPU usage at CAS and state transitions.
