* The general approach of referring to the commit log as commitlog or
commitlogs throughout the documentation is something I am not sure of. My gut
says that it should be two worlds? [~rustyrazorblade] agreed with me in IRC.
* [I think it should be SSTable with a capital T. For consistency through I am
not sure if we want to go with all lowercase. I suppose mixed case does convey
