The title of CASSANDRA-14298 might be a bit misleading, but the latest attached
patch does indeed address dtest's cqlsh_tests. Some of the tests have
explicitly been disabled, until we've ported cqlshlib to Python 3, but most of
the tests will pass now after applying the patch.
