As per feedback from [~michaelsembwever], I have created README file and
changed the Cassandra {{git}} repository in the Dockerfile to use the gitbox
URL (https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf/cassandra.git) instead of the GitHub
URL.
The updated Dockerfile [^14972_Dockerfile_v2] and new README [14972_README_v1]
files are attached.
