Test and Documentation Plan: Run existing tests since this is an automated
rename with no behavior changes expected
Status: Patch Available (was: In Progress)
I didn't go as far as renaming {{SSTableReader#getEstimatedColumnCount}} but if
the thought is that its worth it I am happy to include that as well.
