[~rustyrazorblade], I tried to commit the patch, hoping that as a ASF Member i
would have permissions to the dist/ directory. I do not have those permissions.
As described in the ticket description's references, the PMC would need to vote
that it's ok for committers to commit to this directory, and then I would have
to file an INFRA ticket asking that permission.
