Thank you for the patch. This looks good for the most part. The only thing
where I'm still thinking is if it's worth to move a check on {{isHiddenColumn}}
to {{getColumnDefinition}}? This way we don't have to special-case modification
statement check for hidden columns and all other places where column definition
is null.
