While looking into the CASSANDRA-10190, and seeing the long time there was no
new version on pypi
[https://pypi.org/project/cqlsh/#history]
I thouhgt maybe it's time to separate cqlsh into it's own git repo, and handle
more frequent release of it.
while have it installable regardless to Cassandra installation
